Which Specialty to Apply in?

i think internal medicine is good branch for me, so what is minimun score i sh`d bring in step 1 exam ? sho`d i take electives as i have compieted my graduation last year in nov.? what r the propability for me to get match in next year?

I am a final yr mbbs student. I am interested in studying emergency medicine in the US. 

I have scored 244/99 in step 1. currently involved in research with the Emergency department at our college. 

Must I do a residency in Internal medicine before specializing in EM or can I do it directly? What chances do IMGs have of getting into EM residency?

Hi, i am an IMG from India, I planned to apply in ObGyn, i have 22 in step 1, step 2 cs pass first attempt, waiting for step 2 ck scores. have 3 months of clinical electives in Obgyn. going to NYU for observership in Gyn for 1-2 months.

Do i have chances of getting Gyn residency. should I apply in other specialities also, i have no LORs from other departments.have just 3 LORs from Gyn.

I have given step 1 and i want to plan when to give step 2 ck and cs.. Am planning ck in may/june and cs in july.. 

But by doing so I will get cs score in oct.. So is it okay.? Should i apply in sept itself with step 2 cs result pending? or should i apply in oct when cs scores come? or should i give cs first and ck later?

 Also i got 221 in step 1.. Is it good enuf to get in neurology or im?
